James is a corporate trainer for the past 20 years designing and delivering training courses that
meet the specific requirements of clients. He is a dedicated person and adopts a proactive manner that
facilitates a strong workplace learning environment.
He has worked for 3 different multinational organisations (Irish, American and Japanese) in a
variety of management roles. He has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and practical experience that
enables him to apply that knowledge in a humorous but thoughtful manner.
James has also been lecturing part-time for the past 28 years at various third
level institutions including Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin and Dublin City University
He also lectured at Queen Mary University of London in China for 5 years in a block-lecturing
capacity lecturing on various business related modules.
James is currently studying for a PhD (P/T) with Dublin City University. His research is based on establishing
a set of standard variables for high performance teams in a business environment.
